{"id":3250,"date":"2021-09-02T14:41:36","date_gmt":"2021-09-02T12:41:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestremp\/?p=3250"},"modified":"2021-09-03T13:42:54","modified_gmt":"2021-09-03T11:42:54","slug":"primer-dia-de-classe-curs-21-22","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestremp\/general\/primer-dia-de-classe-curs-21-22\/","title":{"rendered":"Primer dia de classe del curs 21-22"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us passem informacions sobre l\u2019obertura i l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;INS TREMP pel curs 2021-22.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1.-Horari marc.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mat\u00ed: entrada a 8:45 i sortida a 15:15h per l\u2019alumnat de l\u2019ESO, BATXILLERAT i CFGM Gesti\u00f3 Administrativa + Sistemes microinform\u00e0tics i xarxes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tarda: entrada a 15:20 i sortida a 21:10h per l\u2019alumnat de CFGM Cures Auxiliars Infermeria + Atenci\u00f3 Depend\u00e8ncia, CFGM Instal\u00b7lacions el\u00e8ctriques i autom\u00e0tiques, CFGS Sistemes el\u00e8ctrics i autom\u00e0tics i CFGS Administraci\u00f3 i Finances<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esbarjos: es realitzen al mat\u00ed dos esbarjos, el primer de 10:45 a 11:00 h i el segon de 13:00 a 13:15 h. A la tarda l&#8217;esbarjo \u00e9s de 18:05 a 18:25. Durant els esbarjos l&#8217;alumnat t\u00e9 el pati sectoritzat per cursos, aix\u00ed es redueix el risc de contagi i pot comprar l&#8217;esmorzar, si cal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2.- Organitzaci\u00f3 del primer dia de curs &#8211; 13 de setembre per ESO, batxillerat i CFG mitj\u00e0.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat de mat\u00ed entrar\u00e0 a l\u2019institut el primer dia de curs de forma esglaonada:\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1r i 2n d\u2019ESO: 8:45 h<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3r i 4 t d\u2019ESO i CFGM: 9:45 h<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1r i 2n de Batxillerat : 11:00 h<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>L&#8217;alumnat haur\u00e0 de portar impreses, emplenades i signades les declaracions responsables que li calguin. Les podeu obtenir clicant sobre aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestremp\/serveis\/autoritzacions-alumnat-curs-21-22-nou-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">enlla\u00e7<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es rebr\u00e0 els alumnes a l\u2019entrada de l\u2019institut i se\u2019ls acompanyar\u00e0 a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s assignat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes han de portar el material escolar b\u00e0sic (llibreta i bol\u00edgraf) i tot el que considerin necessari (ampolla d\u2019aigua, mocadors\u2026) i esmorzar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El material d\u2019\u00fas individual no es pot quedar a les aules. A cada alumne se li assignar\u00e0 un armariet de forma gratu\u00efta si ha pagat l&#8217;asseguran\u00e7a escolar obligat\u00f2ria per alumnes de 3r d&#8217;ESO i cursos superiors)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest dia es realitzaran<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sobretot tasques de tutoria:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es far\u00e0 l\u2019acolliment dels alumnes i se\u2019ls explicaran els protocols de funcionament d\u2019aquest curs. Se\u2019ls explicar\u00e0 l\u2019horari, se\u2019ls donar\u00e0 l\u2019agenda finan\u00e7ada per l\u2019institut i se\u2019ls explicar\u00e0 el procediment de la recollida de llibres gestionat per l\u2019AMPA\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes de transport arriben minuts abans de l\u2019hora d\u2019inici i hauran d\u2019esperar-se a l\u2019espai habilitat al pati fins a l\u2019hora que hagin d\u2019entrar a l\u2019aula segons l\u2019esglaonament indicat.
