{"id":2515,"date":"2020-09-01T08:00:59","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T06:00:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestremp\/?p=2515"},"modified":"2020-09-21T19:41:56","modified_gmt":"2020-09-21T17:41:56","slug":"informacions-dinici-del-curs-20-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestremp\/general\/informacions-dinici-del-curs-20-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Informaci\u00f3 important pel 1r dia de classe i d&#8217;inici del curs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us passem informacions sobre l\u2019obertura i l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;INS TREMP pel curs 2020-21.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1.-Horari marc.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mat\u00ed: entrada a 8:45 i sortida a 15:15h per l\u2019alumnat de l\u2019ESO, BATXILLERAT i CFGM Gesti\u00f3 Administrativa + Sistemes microinform\u00e0tics i xarxes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tarda: entrada a 15:45 i sortida a 21:05h per l\u2019alumnat de CFGM Cures Auxiliars Infermeria + Atenci\u00f3 Depend\u00e8ncia, CFGM Instal\u00b7lacions el\u00e8ctriques i autom\u00e0tiques, CFGS Sistemes el\u00e8ctrics i autom\u00e0tics i CFGS Administraci\u00f3 i Finances<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esbarjo: Per minimitzar la mobilitat dins de l\u2019institut de l\u2019alumnat del mat\u00ed (m\u00e9s nombr\u00f3s) s\u2019ha decidit fer un sol esbarjo, de llarga durada, a la meitat de la jornada de 11:40 a 12:30 h.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2.- Organitzaci\u00f3 del primer dia de curs &#8211; 14 de setembre.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat de mat\u00ed entrar\u00e0 a l\u2019institut el primer dia de curs forma esglaonada&#8230;\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1r d\u2019ESO: 8:45<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2n d\u2019ESO: 9:30<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3r d\u2019ESO: 10:00<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4t d\u2019ESO: 10:30<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1r de Batxillerat i cicles (mat\u00ed): 12:40<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2n de Batxillerat: 13:00<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Han de portar impresa, emplenada i signada la <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestremp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1880\/2020\/08\/Declaraci\u00f3-responsable-Covid-18-A817-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Declaraci\u00f3 responsable per fam\u00edlies d&#8217;alumnes menors de 18<\/a> anys per la COVID-19<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es rebr\u00e0 als alumnes a l\u2019entrada de l\u2019institut i se\u2019ls acompanyar\u00e0 a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s assignat. Se\u2019ls prendr\u00e0 la temperatura.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes han de portar el material escolar b\u00e0sic (llibreta i bol\u00edgraf) i tot el que considerin necessari (ampolla d\u2019aigua, mocadors\u2026) i esmorzar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El material d\u2019\u00fas individual no es pot quedar a les aules ni es pot compartir. L&#8217;alumnat podr\u00e0 demanar un armariet de l&#8217;institut, la gesti\u00f3 del qual \u00e9s de l\u2019AMPA (apaiestremp@gmail.com)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest dia es realitzaran<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sobretot tasques de tutoria:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es far\u00e0 l\u2019acolliment dels alumnes i se\u2019ls explicaran els protocols de funcionament d\u2019aquest curs. Se\u2019ls explicar\u00e0 l\u2019horari, se\u2019ls donar\u00e0 l\u2019agenda finan\u00e7ada per l\u2019institut i se\u2019ls explicar\u00e0 el procediment de la recollida de llibres gestionat per l\u2019AMPA\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes de transport arriben minuts abans de l\u2019hora d\u2019inici i hauran d\u2019esperar-se a l\u2019espai habilitat al pati fins a l\u2019hora que hagin d\u2019entrar a l\u2019aula segons l\u2019esglaonament indicat.
