Tossa de Mar, abril de 2026<\/p>\n<p>A Tossa de Mar se celebren fins al 3 de maig unes jornades gastron\u00f2miques molt especials anomenades <em>La Cuina del Bacall\u00e0<\/em>. Durant aquesta cita anual, diversos restaurants del municipi ofereixen plats elaborats amb aquest ingredient com a protagonista principal.<\/p>\n<p>Els establiments participants s\u00f3n Bahia, Can Carlus, Can Gol, Can Sim\u00f3n, Marina, Sa Muralla, Can Pini, El Petit, Capri, Castell Vell, Mestre d\u2019Aixa, Tursia, Minerva, Sa Barca, V\u00edctor, Victoria i La Masia.
