{"id":3060,"date":"2022-10-21T12:24:35","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T10:24:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestossa\/?p=3060"},"modified":"2022-12-21T18:37:31","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T17:37:31","slug":"sortida-dactivitats-aquatiques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iestossa\/batxillerat\/sortida-dactivitats-aquatiques\/","title":{"rendered":"Sortida d&#8217;activitats aqu\u00e0tiques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El passat dijous 20 d\u2019octubre, els alumnes de 1r de Batxillerat vam anar d&#8217;excursi\u00f3 a Blanes per\u00a0 participar en diverses activitats aqu\u00e0tiques. Organitzat pel Club Vela de Blanes, vam practicar tres esports diferents: el Big Paddlesurf, la navegaci\u00f3 a vela i el kayak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop vam arribar al Port de Blanes, ens vam col\u00b7locar les armilles salvavides i ens vam dividir en dos<br \/>\ngrups per realitzar la primera activitat, el Big Paddlesurf. Amb m\u00e9s de 10 persones i uns 6 rems a cada planxa, els dos grups vam sortir amb bon ritme del port per despr\u00e9s realitzar un joc a mar obert, on m\u00e9s d\u2019un va caure a l\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9s tard, els dos grups ens vam alternar per practicar les altres dues activitats finals: la vela i el kayak. A la navegaci\u00f3 a vela, vam poder gaudir d\u2019un mar ser\u00e9, acompanyats per un monitor, dins d\u2019una embarcaci\u00f3 petita, tot i que alguns es van marejar per la xafogor i el ritme de l\u2019onatge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l\u2019\u00faltima activitat, ens vam dividir en parelles per muntar-nos sobre un kayak amb m\u00e9s d\u2019un<br \/>\nbolcament. Tot molt divertit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Volem concloure que tenim un bon record d\u2019aquell dia. Va ser un dia d\u2019emocions equilibrades, hi va<br \/>\nhaver tant diversi\u00f3 com tranquil\u00b7litat, a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container
