S\u00f3n estudis voluntaris i la seva durada \u00e9s d\u2019un curs acad\u00e8mic (1.000 hores).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els i les alumnes de PFI reben un acompanyament i una tutoritzaci\u00f3 essencial per a l\u2019assoliment dels objectius del programa. Els aprenentatges s\u00f3n vivencials i vinculats amb l\u2019entorn proper, i inclouen pr\u00e0ctiques en empresa; s\u2019apr\u00e8n fent, utilitzant metodologies actives i globals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb els PFI, d\u2019una banda, es facilita la continu\u00eftat formativa dins de la formaci\u00f3 professional i, de l\u2019altra, l\u2019aprenentatge de les compet\u00e8ncies transversals i professionals necess\u00e0ries per al m\u00f3n del treball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 necessito per accedir-hi<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poden accedir a aquest programa de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 (PFI) els joves no ocupats que compleixin com a m\u00ednim 16 anys d\u2019edat i com a m\u00e0xim 21 en l\u2019any d\u2019inici del programa i que no hagin obtingut el graduat en ESO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sortides acad\u00e8miques i professionals<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La superaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest programa de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 (PFI) comporta el seg\u00fcent:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat acad\u00e8mic i professional, que cont\u00e9 la qualificaci\u00f3 final obtinguda en el PFI i acredita les compet\u00e8ncies professionals assolides.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat del Curs d\u2019acc\u00e9s als cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 (CAM), si el PFI s\u2019ha cursat en un centre autoritzat a impartir aquest Curs d\u2019acc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acc\u00e9s als cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0, d\u2019acord amb la Resoluci\u00f3 EDU\/2638\/2020, de 26 d\u2019octubre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconeixement dels m\u00f2duls professionals superats en el PFI per a l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 del t\u00edtol professional b\u00e0sic associat al perfil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat de professionalitat que emet l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 laboral.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acc\u00e9s als centres de formaci\u00f3 d\u2019adults per obtenir el graduat en educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria (GESO), sense complir el requisit de tenir 18 anys.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Com s\u2019estructuren?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els programes de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 s\u2019estructuren en:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00f2duls de formaci\u00f3 professional, per a l\u2019assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies professionals, que inclouen un m\u00f2dul de pr\u00e0ctiques en alternan\u00e7a en centres de treball.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00f2duls de formaci\u00f3 general per a l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies instrumentals b\u00e0siques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
