Si el vostre fill o filla ha estat adm\u00e8s o admesa a 1r d&#8217;ESO, ja podeu formalitzar la matr\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quan i on es fa la matr\u00edcula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Per\u00edode de matr\u00edcula:<\/strong> del <strong>22 al 30 de juny<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lloc:<\/strong> a l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 del centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Horari d&#8217;atenci\u00f3:<\/strong> de <strong>8:15 h a 14:30 h<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>: si no podeu fer la matr\u00edcula dins d&#8217;aquestes dates, cal que contacteu amb el centre com m\u00e9s aviat millor. En cas contrari, es considera que renuncieu a la pla\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per formalitzar la matr\u00edcula heu de portar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DNI, NIE o passaport<\/strong> de l&#8217;alumne o alumna i del pare, mare o tutor\/a legal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Targeta sanit\u00e0ria individual (TSI \/ CatSalut)<\/strong> de l&#8217;alumne o alumna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Llibre de fam\u00edlia<\/strong> o document equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carnet de vacunacions<\/strong> de l&#8217;alumne o alumna. Si no en disposeu, un certificat m\u00e8dic oficial o el carnet de salut on figurin les dosis rebudes amb les dates corresponents.
