Us les adjuntem en aquest correu (en aquest cas l&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3 ens l&#8217;han feta arribar en castell\u00e0), aix\u00ed com una traducci\u00f3 de la carta al xin\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>En el moment que us sigui possible, ompliu l&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3, tant si voleu que es vacunin, com si no, per tal que la retornin al tutor\/a. En cas de no fer-ho, no es podran vacunar al centre i haureu d&#8217;anar al CAP de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Per qualsevol dubte, contacteu amb l&#8217;equip de tutoria.<\/p>\n<p>Us avisarem del dia de la vacunaci\u00f3.
