1rESO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ACTIITATS HABILITATS MOTRIUS &#8211; ATLETISME 1rESO<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els grups de 1r d&#8217;ESO hem iniciat el segon trimestre treballant un dels continguts que correspon al curr\u00edculum\u00a0 a la zona esportiva de Can Jofresa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant l&#8217;activitat s&#8217;han posat en pr\u00e0ctica\u00a0 diferents habilitats pr\u00f2pies de l&#8217;esport de l&#8217;atletisme i que\u00a0 s&#8217;enmarquen en el treball de la compet\u00e8ncia dels esports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abans d&#8217;iniciar les rotacions, han fet un escalfament i despr\u00e9s\u00a0 cada grup ha\u00a0 anat fent les diferents\u00a0 estacions: salt d&#8217;al\u00e7ada, llan\u00e7ament, cursa velocitat i sortides, salt de llargada i cursa llarga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cada una de les zones els hi han explicat aspectes sobre la t\u00e8cnica de la prova\u00a0 i les diferents zones\u00a0 de la pista d&#8217;atletisme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Han donat el 100%!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professora d\u2019Eucaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eug\u00e8nia Manau.<\/span><\/p>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container
