En aquesta pr\u00e0ctica hem pogut comprovar com la llet i el iogurt tenen un pH (grau d&#8217;acidesa) diferent a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la pres\u00e8ncia dels bacteris del iogurt, que fan el proc\u00e9s de fermentaci\u00f3 (un tipus de nutrici\u00f3).
