Fa unes setmanes al laboratori els alumnes de 1r d’ESO han estat treballant el funcionament i les parts del microscopi \u00f2ptic amb una din\u00e0mica de post-its per anar recordant les parts. Tamb\u00e9 han investigat i experimentat amb el quefir: han pogut observar la seva textura, l’olor que fa, t\u00e9 un pH una mica m\u00e9s \u00e0cid que la llet i cont\u00e9 milions de microorganismes!<\/p>\n
