M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les simplificacions habituals, les demandes del claustre tenen un objectiu com\u00fa: recuperar la qualitat de la doc\u00e8ncia i garantir una atenci\u00f3 digna per a tot l&#8217;alumnat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesthalassa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2025\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260211-WA0021.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3839\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesthalassa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2025\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260211-WA0021.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1536\" height=\"2048\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesthalassa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2025\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260211-WA0021.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesthalassa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2025\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260211-WA0021-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesthalassa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2025\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260211-WA0021-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesthalassa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2025\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260211-WA0021-1152x1536.jpg 1152w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, desglossem els punts clau d&#8217;aquestes reivindicacions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Baixada de la natalitat: una oportunitat perduda?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durant anys, les aules s&#8217;han massificat, arribant a r\u00e0tios de 37 alumnes a l&#8217;ESO i 43 a Batxillerat. Ara que la natalitat baixa, en lloc de reduir el nombre d&#8217;alumnes per aula per millorar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3, l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 opta pel tancament de l\u00ednies.<\/p>\n<p>* La demanda: Mantenir les places docents i reduir les r\u00e0tios per aprofitar la conjuntura demogr\u00e0fica i oferir una educaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s personalitzada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Inclusi\u00f3 real vs. Burocr\u00e0cia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 inclusiva \u00e9s un pilar fonamental, per\u00f2 l&#8217;actual absorci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 especial per l&#8217;escola ordin\u00e0ria s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent sense el trasp\u00e0s de recursos necessaris. Falten psic\u00f2legs, integradors socials i logopedes.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, la nova normativa exigeix adaptacions curriculars burocr\u00e0tiques per a l&#8217;alumnat, sovint basades en diagn\u00f2stics privats, la qual cosa resta temps de preparaci\u00f3 de materials pedag\u00f2gics reals.<\/p>\n<p>* La demanda: M\u00e9s personal especialitzat als centres i una reducci\u00f3 de la burocr\u00e0cia: papers nom\u00e9s per a les adaptacions que realment s&#8217;apliquen, no per a mesures universals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Reconeixement del sector docent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dignificaci\u00f3 de la professi\u00f3 i manca de personal<br \/>\nCatalunya se situa a la cua (tercera pitjor posici\u00f3) en retribucions docents comparat amb altres comunitats, tot i l&#8217;elevat cost de la vida. Aix\u00f2, sumat a la inestabilitat dels interins (que sovint no cobren l&#8217;agost) provoca una fugida de talent al sector privat, especialment en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de les ci\u00e8ncies.<br \/>\nLa conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia directa \u00e9s que la borsa de substituts est\u00e0 buida: les baixes triguen setmanes a cobrir-se, deixant l&#8217;alumnat sense classe.<\/p>\n<p>* La demanda: Una equiparaci\u00f3 salarial amb altres comunitats per fer atractiu el sector i el pagament de les vacances per a qui ha treballat la major part del curs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Defensa de l&#8217;escola p\u00fablica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es denuncia el transvasament de fons p\u00fablics cap a l&#8217;escola concertada, mentre la p\u00fablica assumeix la major part de la diversitat, l&#8217;alumnat amb dificultats socioecon\u00f2miques i la matr\u00edcula viva (nouvinguts a mig curs).<\/p>\n<p>* La demanda: Que els recursos p\u00fablics es destinin priorit\u00e0riament a l&#8217;escola p\u00fablica i que no es tanquin l\u00ednies p\u00fabliques mentre es mantenen concerts educatius.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un missatge per a la comunitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El professorat vol trencar amb els t\u00f2pics sobre les vacances.
