Comencem presentant-vos un plat principal i una altra proposta que us pot ajudar a matar la gana en qualsevol circumst\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c0NEC A LA TARONJA<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/01\/pato-a-la-naranja.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9207 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/01\/pato-a-la-naranja.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"471\" height=\"314\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/01\/pato-a-la-naranja.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/01\/pato-a-la-naranja-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/01\/pato-a-la-naranja-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/01\/pato-a-la-naranja-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 471px) 100vw, 471px\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients per a 4 pax:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 \u00e0nec de 1,4 kg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4 taronges<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 75 g sucre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 50 ml vinagre\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 250 ml brandy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 250 ml de fons fosc\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sucre per tpt i maicena<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Parmentier i parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tallar la taronja neta en quatre parts i posar-la a macerar amb el brandi durant una hora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Netejar l&#8217;\u00e0nec de plomes i treure&#8217;n les v\u00edsceres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Untar l&#8217;\u00e0nec amb oli d&#8217;oliva, assaonar per dins i fora, untar amb llar de porc i farcir amb la taronja macerada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Col\u00b7locar l&#8217;\u00e0nec en una safata i coure a 200 graus durant 1,5 hores. A la meitat de la cocci\u00f3, flamejar amb brandi i anar regant amb el suc de la cocci\u00f3. Tapar-lo amb paper d&#8217;alumini per evitar que es torri massa i baixar el forn a 180 graus fins a acabar la cocci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Amb la resta de taronges, treure&#8217;n la pell sense la part blanca, i tallar-la tires, escaldar-la dues o tres vegades i posar-la a coure amb un xarop tpt. Reservar per acabar el plat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Per a la salsa agredol\u00e7a:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Posar el sucre amb una mica d&#8217;aigua en un ca\u00e7\u00f3, i fer-ne un caramel ros, amb compte, afegir-hi el vinagre i el suc de taronja. Despr\u00e9s afegir els ingredients secs i quan ho tenim homogeni, els drops.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per fer les galetes podem escudellar sobre paper piles de massa\u00a0 o boletes per a que quedin irregulars, o fer un \u2018xurro\u2019 i tallar-lo de forma regular despr\u00e9s de refredar la massa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posar al forn: Cocci\u00f3. (Temperatura 165-170C) Temps 6-8 minuts depenent de la mida de les galetes fins que agafin un lleuger color daurat i siguin cruixents en trencar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treure i deixar refredar sobre una reixeta.
