Y os vengo a explicar sobre el restaurante donde hemos hecho las pr\u00e1cticas y su tipos de platos.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurante se llama Casa dos Arcos, donde mi compa\u00f1ero, Iver, y yo hemos ido de turno de tarde, y nos encarg\u00e1bamos de la parte de preelaboraci\u00f3n del restaurante.<\/p>\n<p>En el restaurante hab\u00eda platos de todo tipo, desde carne, pescado y arroces hasta un apartado de brasa. En el apartado de carnes son populares las guisadas de ternera, cerdo y cordero. De pescado est\u00e1 el famoso plato de Portugal, bacalao gratinado, y tambi\u00e9n trabajaban pescado como la lubina y la merluza.<\/p>\n<p>En la parte de arroces hab\u00eda uno muy peculiar de carne de cerdo desmigado con su propia sangre coagulada. Tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda arroces de lubina, de tomate, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La brasa era mi parte favorita ya que sobre todo era carne de ternera madurada y hecha en el horno de le\u00f1a. A parte de la ternera, tambi\u00e9n se hac\u00eda cordero, pescado y cerdo.<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajadores del restaurante eran muy majos, muy agradables y muy trabajadores, y fuera de trabajo eran muy divertidos, nos lo pasamos muy bien con ellos. Adjunto la foto con los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Esta fue mi experiencia de Erasmus.
