El meu Erasmus va ser a la Rochelle, Fran\u00e7a i hi vaig anar amb dos companys de Cuina, en Jan i la Nicole.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Vaig decidir fer aquest mobilitat principalment com a repte de superaci\u00f3 personal. Penso que quan t&#8217;ofereixen una oportunitat com aquesta no l&#8217;has de deixar anar. \u00c9s l&#8217;oportunitat perfect<wbr \/>a per aprendre a afrontar situacions dif\u00edcils, autonomia personal i laboral, adaptabilitat, enriquir-te amb un idioma nou, a sortir de la teva zona de comfort, a socialitzar molt m\u00e9s, a con\u00e8ixer formes diferents de treballar&#8230; en definitiva, \u00e9s una experi\u00e8ncia de creixement personal i laboral en tots els sentits. A mi em feia especial il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 fer l&#8217;Erasmus a Fran\u00e7a, ja que la major part de la pastisseria ha nascut all\u00e0. Per tant, qu\u00e8 millor lloc per una estudiant de Pastisseria que anar al bressol de la pastisseria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ens allotj\u00e0vem a un alberg per a gent jove. Ten\u00edem un apartament per cadasc\u00fa i eren genials. Vam tenir la sort que dos dels coordinadors de l&#8217;alberg parlaven castell\u00e0. Aix\u00f2 va facilitar molt les coses durant l&#8217;estada i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia all\u00e0 va ser molt positiva.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Respecte a la meva empresa de treball, jo estava en una pastisseria\/xarcuteria que es diu &#8220;Maison Martius&#8221;. \u00c9s una pastisseria preciosa, l&#8217;aparador sembla una joieria. L&#8217;empresa la porten 3 germans, un \u00e9s l&#8217;encarregat de la xarcuteria, l&#8217;altre de la pastisseria i l&#8217;altre de portar la botiga. Jo vaig estar a la secci\u00f3 de pastisseria. Al principi, quan vaig comen\u00e7ar, va ser molt complicat pel tema de l&#8217;idioma. Havia de fer servir el traductor per tot i aix\u00f2 dificultava molt el treball. No va ser f\u00e0cil, per\u00f2 sempre em van fer sentir molt a gust. Mai em van pressionar, van ser sempre molt comprensius i receptius a aprendre tamb\u00e9 la meva llengua. El meu cap d&#8217;obrador era genial, em va ensenyar tot el que sabia i em va fer sentir molt valorada. Tamb\u00e9 em van deixar a mi ensenyar-los a fer postres catalanes. M&#8217;emporto un record molt bo d&#8217;aquesta empresa, em vaig sentir molt ben acollida. Sense dubte, tornaria a repetir l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Com a conclusi\u00f3, ha sigut una experi\u00e8ncia de molt aprenentatge i creixement personal. No tot ha sigut un cam\u00ed de roses, hi ha hagut dies molt complicats tant pel tema de l&#8217;idioma com per l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 a un altre pa\u00eds, un ritme de vida diferent, estar sol&#8230; per\u00f2 en general crec que he tingut molta sort.
