Per comen\u00e7ar, presentem un plat vegetari\u00e0: el ratatouille. Afegiu la farigola i el llorer i sofregim 10 min a 120 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afegiu la sal i el sucre i mescleu-ho tot. Retireu-ho a una font refract\u00e0ria ovalada o rodona d&#8217;aproximadament 25 cm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Verdures:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preescalfeu el forn a 200 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7loqueu les rodanxes de tom\u00e0quet, carabass\u00f3 i alberg\u00ednia superposades damunt de la base de verdures cuites formant un cercle i fins a cobrir tota la superf\u00edcie. Reservi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vinagreta<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poseu en vol petit l&#8217;oli, el vinagre, la sal i la farigola i barregi. Despr\u00e9s regueu les verdures amb 3-4 cullerades. Cobriu la font amb un cercle de paper d&#8217;enfornar humitejat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enforneu durant 45 minuts (200 \u00b0C).
