Des de la Benvista ens comprometem a donar veu amb m\u00e9s regularitat a les iniciatives que sorgeixin des d&#8217;aquest \u00e0mbit. A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 encetem una secci\u00f3 de cuina en qu\u00e8 donarem pautes b\u00e0siques perqu\u00e8 pugueu preparar aut\u00e8ntiques delicies. Avui us deixarem la recepta d&#8217;un dels plats m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tics de la cuina sitgetana: el xat\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per preparar aquesta recepta necessitarem els <strong>ingredients<\/strong> seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 escarola<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g de bacall\u00e0 dessalat<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g de tonyina amb oli<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 anxoves<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g d&#8217;olives<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per la salsa necessitem:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 g d&#8217;avellanes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 alls<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 seitons<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 g d&#8217;ametlles<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 nyores<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 llesques de pa fregit<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vinagre blanc de vi<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sal al gust<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Com preparar el Xat\u00f3 de Sitges:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lloc hem de preparar la salsa, per comen\u00e7ar posem oli a la paella i un cop calent afegim el pa tallat a trossos, despr\u00e9s afegim les dents d&#8217;all, els fregim una mica i els retirem. A un morter col\u00b7loquem el pa, l&#8217;all, les ametlles, les avellanes, la polpa de les nyores pr\u00e8viament escalades, els seitons i el vinagre.
