He treballat en aquest establiment com a cambrer, de pr\u00e0ctiques, i ha sigut una experi\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e8lsinki \u00e9s un lloc impressionant. Des del primer dia em vaig adonar que la ciutat era molt especial, perqu\u00e8 funciona a la perfecci\u00f3. Tot net, amb un transport p\u00fablic impecable i amb moltes zones comunes on passar l\u2019estona. Semblava que estigu\u00e9s en una casa de joguines gegant, en una maqueta perfecta d\u2019una ciutat, tot el contrari al que estic acostumat, i amb el Nolla vaig tenir una sensaci\u00f3 similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des del primer dia em van tractar com un m\u00e9s de l\u2019equip, van tenir molta paci\u00e8ncia amb mi i durant aquest mesos van intentar ensenyar-me tot el possible. Ha sigut una experiencia molt desafiant ja que com a cambrer al Nolla, tens moltes responsabilitats, des de fer c\u00f2ctels, explicar cada plat al men\u00fa, amb les seves varietats veganes sense gluten, veganes, vegetarianes o amb casos espec\u00edfics depenent d\u2019una al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia o intoler\u00e0ncia. Tamb\u00e9 servint cada vi disponible a la carta, explicant els seus trets caracter\u00edstics i tamb\u00e9 el maridatge amb alcohol, el sense alcohol i un que els barreja tots dos, i els maridatges espec\u00edfic en cas que mengis peix i carn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambrer t\u00e9 molt\u00edssima responsabilitat en aquest restaurant i, sent la meva primera vegada en un restaurant d\u2019aquest nivell, se\u2019m va complicar una mica el primer m\u00e9s.
