{"id":16253,"date":"2026-03-16T17:52:01","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T16:52:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/?p=16253"},"modified":"2026-03-16T17:52:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T16:52:11","slug":"avgvstvs-forvm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/general\/avgvstvs-forvm\/","title":{"rendered":"Avgvstvs Forvm"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sala del restaurant pedag\u00f2gic es va convertir en un aut\u00e8ntic espai de cultura gastron\u00f2mica amb la visita d\u2019un membre de la fam\u00edlia fundadora i responsable de m\u00e0rqueting del prestigi\u00f3s celler Avgvstvs, referent de la <strong>DO Pened\u00e8s<\/strong>, primera denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen ecol\u00f2gica del m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alumnat de <strong>2n del CFGM de Cuina i Gastronomia<\/strong> i de <strong>2n CFGM de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3<\/strong> va poder con\u00e8ixer, amb detall t\u00e8cnic i visi\u00f3 empresarial, el model innovador d\u2019un celler reconegut pels seus vins monovarietals d\u2019alta qualitat i, especialment, pels vinagres Forvm, considerats per molts especialistes entre els millors del m\u00f3n i presents en les cuines i sales m\u00e9s exigents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 va aprofundir en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels diferents vinagres.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La import\u00e0ncia del temps, la crian\u00e7a i la selecci\u00f3 de mat\u00e8ries primeres.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica com a ingredient estructural, no nom\u00e9s com a condiment.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La xerrada va culminar amb el tast guiat de tres vinagres excepcionals, aix\u00ed com amb diverses elaboracions culin\u00e0ries en qu\u00e8 aquests productes esdevenien protagonistes.
