{"id":14766,"date":"2025-06-26T12:01:02","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T10:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/?p=14766"},"modified":"2025-06-26T12:01:02","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T10:01:02","slug":"un-mes-entre-pastisseria-francesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/cfgm\/un-mes-entre-pastisseria-francesa\/","title":{"rendered":"UN MES ENTRE PASTISSERIA FRANCESA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soc la Claudia Mart\u00edn Mas\u00f3, alumna de segon curs del Grau Mitj\u00e0 de Forneria, Pastisseria i Confiteria, i he tingut l\u2019oportunitat de realitzar una estada Erasmus+ d\u2019un mes al sud-oest de Fran\u00e7a, concretament a la ciutat de La Rochelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquest per\u00edode, he fet pr\u00e0ctiques a Maison Maryann, una pastisseria situada a Lagord, al nord de La Rochelle, considerat un suburbi o zona residencial de la ciutat. Ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora, on he pogut aprendre i posar en pr\u00e0ctica moltes t\u00e8cniques: des de la formaci\u00f3 de croissants i <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pain au chocolat<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fins a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de pastissos, galetes, tartaletes i fins i tot <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sneakers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> artesanals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ambient de treball ha estat molt acollidor i divertit. Tot i les dificultats inicials amb l\u2019idioma, la comunicaci\u00f3 mai ha estat una barrera real: sempre hi ha maneres d\u2019entendre\u2019s \u2014una mica d\u2019angl\u00e8s, una mica de franc\u00e8s, traductors i moltes ganes de col\u00b7laborar. Gr\u00e0cies a aix\u00f2, m\u2019he sentit com una m\u00e9s de l\u2019equip i he viscut moments molt especials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia m\u2019ha ajudat a cr\u00e9ixer tant professionalment com personalment. He millorat les meves habilitats a la pastisseria, he apr\u00e8s noves receptes i t\u00e8cniques, i tamb\u00e9 he descobert aspectes culturals i ling\u00fc\u00edstics molt enriquidors.
