Durant aquest mes he fet pr\u00e0ctiques tots els dies menys els de festa del treball. Durant les dues primeres setmanes vaig anar de torn de tarda i les dues \u00faltimes setmanes vaig anar de torn de matins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El lloc de treball era bo, hi havia molt d&#8217;espai i estava tot b\u00e9 estructurat. L&#8217;espai en cuina estava ben distribu\u00eft, per exemple la zona d&#8217;amanides tenia tot el relacionat per l&#8217;amanida. No hi havia una cosa a prop i una altra a l&#8217;altra punta de la cuina. La cuina estava distribu\u00efda en unes quantes zones: la zona freda, la zona dels fregits, de la planxa, de la pasta&#8230; Cada zona amb la seva taula d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i amb la seva nevera. A prop estava la <em>plonge<\/em> on es rentava tot. Tamb\u00e9, al costat, hi havia una zona separada, la zona de pastisseria, per les postres. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi havia un cuiner per a cada zona m\u00e9s del xef, que sabia fer de tot i tamb\u00e9 cuinava. El pastisser treballa sempre de matins. Hi havia 3 cambres de refrigeraci\u00f3, una per a les verdures i fruites, una altra per a la carn i els peixos i l&#8217;\u00faltima cambra era de congelats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nosaltres \u00e9rem ajudants de cuina, ajud\u00e0vem a tothom. Est\u00e0vem tant a la <em>plonge<\/em>, a la resta de zones i a pastisseria. Les tasques variaven en dificultat; de vegades eren simples i altres vegades es complicaven. Els primers dies no f\u00e8iem massa cosa, encara no ens coneixien i no sabien com treball\u00e0vem, i nosaltres tampoc els coneix\u00edem, per\u00f2 una vegada passat el temps, ens van confiar moltes tasques m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ades. Fins i tot ens van assignar a zones, per exemple a mi em van assignar a la zona dels fregits i al meu company a la zona d&#8217;amanides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 ens donaven menjar al treball i no era poca quantitat. Et posaven bastant quantitat per escollir i tu mateix et servies el que volies.
