{"id":13487,"date":"2024-11-05T12:15:32","date_gmt":"2024-11-05T11:15:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/?p=13487"},"modified":"2024-12-02T09:19:48","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T08:19:48","slug":"una-experiencia-de-job-shadowing-a-linstitut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/general\/una-experiencia-de-job-shadowing-a-linstitut\/","title":{"rendered":"Una experi\u00e8ncia de job shadowing a l&#8217;Institut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquesta setmana, dues professores d&#8217;Eslov\u00e8nia ha visitat l&#8217;institut Joan Ramon Benapr\u00e8s de Sitges en un programa de job shadowing amb l&#8217;objectiu de compartir idees i con\u00e8ixer de prop el funcionament del sistema educatiu catal\u00e0. Durant la seva estada, han tingut l&#8217;oportunitat de conversar amb el professorat i l&#8217;alumnat i d&#8217;observar algunes difer\u00e8ncies entre els dos sistemes educatius.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels aspectes que m\u00e9s ha cridat l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a les docents eslovenes \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fas de la tecnologia a les aules. A les escoles d&#8217;Eslov\u00e8nia, generalment nom\u00e9s fan \u00fas d&#8217;un ordinador per classe, mentre que aqu\u00ed \u00e9s habitual que cada estudiant en tingui un de propi. Aquests esports tenen un paper fonamental en les classes d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i formen part del dia a dia escolar, cosa que coincideix amb la import\u00e0ncia que aqu\u00ed donem a l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del sistema educatiu, les professores han explicat que a Eslov\u00e8nia l&#8217;escola nom\u00e9s \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria fins als catorze anys. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquesta edat, els alumnes poden triar si volen continuar amb els estudis secundaris o no, que ja no s\u00f3n obligatoris. A m\u00e9s, han comentat que els alumnes es canvien les sabates en entrar a l&#8217;escola per protegir el terra de fusta, fet molt curi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>Les professores tamb\u00e9 han observat difer\u00e8ncies a les classes d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria, que aqu\u00ed solen ser m\u00e9s participatives i amb m\u00e9s interacci\u00f3 dels alumnes. En relaci\u00f3 amb les lleng\u00fces, han explicat que a Eslov\u00e8nia s&#8217;estudien generalment tres idiomes, igual que aqu\u00ed. All\u00e0 s\u2019ensenya eslov\u00e8, angl\u00e8s i alemany, mentre que a Catalunya s&#8217;imparteixen classes de catal\u00e0, castell\u00e0 i angl\u00e8s com a mat\u00e8ries comunes.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest intercanvi ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia enriquidora per ambdues parts, han ofert noves idees i punts de vista sobre l&#8217;ensenyament i aprenentatge en diferents cultures.<\/p>\n<p><span
