El curs passat em va sortir la gran oportunitat de poder realitzar les pr\u00e0ctiques de cuina a l&#8217;estranger, concretament a un hotel de 5 estrelles, en el Neilson Messini Beach Club, a prop de Kalamata, Gr\u00e8cia. He de dir que al principi no estava molt conven\u00e7uda, ja que sortir de la zona de confort de vegades costa una mica, per\u00f2 finalment em vaig atrevir, juntament amb els meus tres companys amb els quals he pogut viure aquesta experi\u00e8ncia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les primeres setmanes em va costar una mica adaptar-me: la cultura, la llengua, la gent, l&#8217;entorn&#8230; tot era molt diferent. Tenia molta por i em sentia indefensa, per\u00f2 a poc a poc vaig comen\u00e7ar a con\u00e8ixer als meus companys de treball, als ve\u00efns i a d&#8217;altres treballadors de l&#8217;hotel, i aix\u00f2 em va ajudar a estar m\u00e9s segura. Tamb\u00e9 vaig haver d&#8217;aprendre a comunicar-me en grec, ja que all\u00e0 ning\u00fa sabia parlar la nostra llengua. El &#8216;Bon dia!&#8217; va passar a ser &#8216;Kalim\u00e9ra&#8217;, dir &#8216;Hola!&#8217; era dir &#8216;Gei\u00e1 sou&#8217; (que, per cert, tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;utilitza per dir &#8216;ad\u00e9u&#8217;), i ja no vaig tornar a dir &#8216;Gr\u00e0cies&#8217; sin\u00f3 &#8216;Efcharist\u00f3&#8217;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pel que fa al tema laboral, vaig aprendre el funcionament d&#8217;un bufet, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 vaig adquirir molts coneixements pel que fa als plats t\u00edpics del pa\u00eds: el <em>tzatziki<\/em>, la <em>musaca<\/em>, l&#8217;amanida grega, la <em>spanak\u00f3pita<\/em>, les <em>dolmes<\/em>, el <em>souvlaki<\/em>, el <em>gyros<\/em> amb pa de pita, el <em>baklava<\/em> i els <em>loukumades<\/em>, entre d&#8217;altres. El plat que m\u00e9s em va cridar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 va ser l&#8217;horta <em>vrasta<\/em>: un tipus de fulles bullides molt semblants als espigalls del Garraf que nom\u00e9s es cultiven a Gr\u00e8cia. Vaig poder veure que la gastronomia grega es basa en l\u00e0ctics com el iogurt i el formatge (feta, halloumi, saganaki&#8230;), en carns com el porc, el pollastre i el xai i en moltes verdures com alberg\u00ednies, okres, cebes, tom\u00e0quets, cogombres, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, vam sortir de la zona i vam visitar diferents pobles i ciutats de Gr\u00e8cia com ara Kalamata, Analipsi, Atenes i Messini. Tots ells van ser llocs incre\u00efbles de visitar, per\u00f2 el que m\u00e9s em va agradar sense dubte va ser les cascades Polylimnio, a Charavgi. Era un lloc paradis\u00edac, un lloc que semblava una escena de pel\u00b7l\u00edcula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En conclusi\u00f3, aquest viatge ha sigut un repte dif\u00edcil d&#8217;afrontar, en el qual he apr\u00e8s molts coneixements en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral i en els costums d&#8217;una cultura totalment diferent a la nostra, per\u00f2 sobretot he apr\u00e8s molt en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit personal, a saber buscar-me la vida i afrontar nous reptes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2023-10-03-a-les-11.01.34-e1696323742696.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11318\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessitges\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1948\/2023\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2023-10-03-a-les-11.01.34-e1696323742696.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"454\" height=\"608\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola, s\u00f3c la Laura Mu\u00f1oz i actualment estic estudiant el segon curs de CFGS de Cuina i Serveis.
