Durant les \u00faltimes setmanes del segon trimestre, els alumnes d’ESO i batxillerat gaudeixen de classes de defensa personal al nostre centre gr\u00e0cies a la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de Tito Surribas, del Club Jiu-jitsu i Kyusho de Blanes. Com porta fent al llarg de ja fa m\u00e9s de deu anys, ens ajuda que els nostres alumnes aprenguin a defensar-se una mica millor.<\/p>\n

El jujutsu \u00e9s un esport de combat d’origen japon\u00e8s consistent a lluitar aprofitant la for\u00e7a de l’adversari per desequilibrar-lo i guanyar-lo amb el m\u00ednim esfor\u00e7 necessari.<\/p>\n
