de grup: la torre dels espaguetis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Amb els alumnes de 3r d\u2019ESO que cursen la mat\u00e8ria d\u2019Emprenedoria s\u2019ha fet una din\u00e0mica de grup que porta com a t\u00edtol <em>La torre dels espaguetis. <\/em>Es tracta d\u2019una activitat on es treballen diferents aspectes del treball en equip com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El comprom\u00eds de cada membre per aconseguir un objectiu<\/li>\n<li>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre els diferents companys<\/li>\n<li>La confian\u00e7a en s\u00ed mateix i amb la resta del grup<\/li>\n<li>El consens per prendre decisions<\/li>\n<li>La comunicaci\u00f3 per tal d\u2019assumir les tasques assignades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu de la tasca consisteix en la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019una torre amb espaguetis tan elevada com sigui possible amb el material que es proporciona i, un cop esgotat, el temps d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3, aquesta haur\u00e0 d\u2019aguantar dreta un minut sense que es desplomi.<\/p>\n<p>Val a dir que els alumnes han gaudit de deb\u00f2 amb aquesta pr\u00e0ctica i han pogut en pr\u00e0ctica tant les seves habilitats individuals com socials.<\/p>\n<p>A pel
