{"id":4574,"date":"2026-05-26T09:28:26","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T07:28:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessentmenat\/?p=4574"},"modified":"2026-05-29T09:35:05","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T07:35:05","slug":"taller-gestio-de-conflictes-i-comunicacio-no-violenta-a-4t","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessentmenat\/portada\/taller-gestio-de-conflictes-i-comunicacio-no-violenta-a-4t\/","title":{"rendered":"taller Gesti\u00f3 de conflictes i comunicaci\u00f3 no-violenta a 4t"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Divendres 29 de maig es fa el taller <em>Gesti\u00f3 de conflictes i comunicaci\u00f3 no-violenta<\/em> (CNV) a 4t d&#8217;ESO. \u00c9s un taller gratu\u00eft del Consell Comarcal del Vall\u00e8s Occidental, amb una durada d&#8217;1h 50\u2019 cada un.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius del taller s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Reflexionar sobre la tipologia de conflictes inherents a les relacions humanes, i les diferents reaccions i estrat\u00e8gies que utilitzem per afrontar-los.<br \/>\n\u2022 Con\u00e8ixer la base de la Comunicaci\u00f3 No-violenta (CNV)<br \/>\n\u2022 Practicar la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes de manera assertiva, com un factor de protecci\u00f3 en salut.<\/p>\n<p>Descripci\u00f3 del taller:<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de din\u00e0miques de grup i la dramatitzaci\u00f3 de situacions conflictives es treballaran els objectius del taller.
