Els alumnes de 1r i 2n de Batx que cursem l’optativa d’Economia i de Funcionament de l’empresa i models de negoci hem visitat la f\u00e0brica aliment\u00e0ria Bon\u00c0rea de Guissona. Despr\u00e9s de fer un passeig per la poblaci\u00f3, on ens han mostrat diversos edificis de la seva corporaci\u00f3, ens hem endinsat dins de la f\u00e0brica i hem pogut veure dalt d’un trenet algunes sales amb diferents processos d’elaboraci\u00f3 i envasat de carn i d’altres aliments. Al\u00a0 finalitzar la visita ens han convidat al seu restaurant bufet lliure, on hem saborejat diferents guisats i carn en planxa.<\/p>\n
