{"id":12635,"date":"2025-01-24T11:18:44","date_gmt":"2025-01-24T10:18:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessantfeliu\/?p=12635"},"modified":"2025-01-24T11:18:44","modified_gmt":"2025-01-24T10:18:44","slug":"dinamica-de-seleccio-de-personal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessantfeliu\/general\/dinamica-de-seleccio-de-personal\/","title":{"rendered":"Din\u00e0mica de selecci\u00f3 de personal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Din\u00e0mica de Selecci\u00f3 de Personal\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta setmana, els alumnes dels cicles formatius d&#8217;Activitats Comercials, Gesti\u00f3 Administrativa, Administraci\u00f3 i Finances, i Electricitat i Automatismes han tingut l&#8217;oportunitat de participar en una din\u00e0mica innovadora de selecci\u00f3 de personal dins del m\u00f2dul <strong>Itinerari Personal per a l&#8217;Ocupabilitat I<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;app <strong>NAWAIAM<\/strong>, els estudiants han viscut en primera persona una simulaci\u00f3 \u00fanica: davant d\u2019una cat\u00e0strofe natural, han d\u2019intentar salvar la m\u00e0xima poblaci\u00f3 possible disposant nom\u00e9s d\u2019un temps i recursos econ\u00f2mics limitats. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 els ha obligat a prendre decisions r\u00e0pides, estrat\u00e8giques i efectives.<\/p>\n<p>El joc permet analitzar i avaluar els perfils professionals i les compet\u00e8ncies necess\u00e0ries de cada alumne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 han apr\u00e8s amb aquest joc?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>An\u00e0lisi de compet\u00e8ncies:<\/strong> A trav\u00e9s de les seves accions, el joc permet identificar les aptituds (com la capacitat de lideratge o la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes) i actituds (com la resili\u00e8ncia o el treball en equip) de cada alumne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simulaci\u00f3 immersiva:<\/strong> Els estudiants es troben en un entorn interactiu que simula situacions reals, proporcionant un aprenentatge pr\u00e0ctic i aplicable al m\u00f3n laboral.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autoconeixement:<\/strong> En finalitzar, cada participant rep un informe detallat amb una an\u00e0lisi personalitzada de les seves compet\u00e8ncies, ajudant-los a identificar els seus punts forts i \u00e0rees de millora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia no nom\u00e9s prepara els nostres alumnes per als processos de selecci\u00f3 del futur, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 els ajuda a con\u00e8ixer-se millor com a professionals i persones.<\/p>\n<p>Ha estat una activitat divertida i enriquidora per als alumnes. Per aix\u00f2, seguirem apostant per activitats innovadores que els situ\u00efn un pas m\u00e9s a prop dels seus objectius professionals i els preparin per un futur laboral cada vegada m\u00e9s
