Us heu plantejat mai qu\u00e8 representa patir estigma per a una persona amb un problema

La Comissi\u00f3 Mixta en Salut Mental de les Comarques Gironines ha vingut al nostre institut a presentar-nos el projecte \u201cCompartint Experi\u00e8ncies\u201d, que permet acostar-se a la salut mental a partir de les experi\u00e8ncies que expliquen un grup de voluntaris en primera persona.<\/p>\n

Aquesta xerrada ha estat dirigida a l’alumnat de l’optativa de Psicologia de 1r de batxillerat i pret\u00e9n superar l\u2019estigma i la por al que \u00e9s desconegut, normalitzar la difer\u00e8ncia, aportar coneixement que dugui a la comprensi\u00f3 i sensibilitzaci\u00f3, i prevenir explicant els factors que poden desencadenar un problema de salut mental.<\/p>\n
