{"id":8868,"date":"2023-05-05T06:00:10","date_gmt":"2023-05-05T04:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessantaeugenia\/?p=8868"},"modified":"2023-05-02T11:49:25","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T09:49:25","slug":"taller-dequitat-menstrual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iessantaeugenia\/general\/taller-dequitat-menstrual\/","title":{"rendered":"Les estudiants de tercer d&#8217;ESO participen en un taller sobre la regla i els productes menstruals a fi de desestigmatitzar-la"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;<strong>Institut Santa Eug\u00e8nia<\/strong> \u00e9s un dels <strong>poc m\u00e9s de vint centres educatius<\/strong> de <strong>Catalunya<\/strong> que participen en el programa<em><a href=\"https:\/\/lesmevesregles.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> La meva regla, les meves<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/lesmevesregles.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> regles<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/lesmevesregles.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">,<\/a> impulsat per la Generalitat.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu de <strong>formar en educaci\u00f3 menstrual <\/strong>les joves de<strong> tercer d\u2019ESO<\/strong> i facilitar-los productes menstruals reutilitzables.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3, desenvolupada en forma de <strong>taller<\/strong>, explica el<strong> funcionament dels productes<\/strong>, aprofundeix en qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la <strong>menstruaci\u00f3<\/strong> i en els <strong>mites<\/strong> i <strong>tab\u00fas<\/strong> que l\u2019envolten per tal de <strong>desestigmatitzar-la<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 serveix per resoldre els <strong>dubtes<\/strong> que planteja l\u2019alumnat sobre l\u2019\u00fas dels productes menstruals.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que les joves puguin escollir el producte amb qu\u00e8 se sentin<strong> m\u00e9s c\u00f2modes o el que millor s\u2019ajusti a cada dia del seu cicle menstrual;
