L’arquitecte t\u00e8cnic Xavier Jaime Novo<\/strong>, especialista en \u00abPassive House\u00bb<\/strong>, ha impartit una classe magistral<\/strong> als alumnes de segon curs dels cicles d’Obres d’Interior, Decoraci\u00f3 i Rehabilitaci\u00f3<\/strong>, i de Projectes d’Edificaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El \u00abPassive House\u00bb \u00e9s un tipus\u00a0d’habitatge creat per mantenir les condicions atmosf\u00e8riques ideals<\/strong> al seu interior aconseguint un estalvi energ\u00e8tic que oscil\u00b7la entre el 70 i el 90% respecte a un habitatge convencional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Precisament, l’alumnat est\u00e0 desenvolupant un projecte<\/strong> que es presentar\u00e0 en un concurs<\/strong> organitzat per la Universitat de Girona (UdG)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

L’equip docent agraeix a Xavier Jaime l’atenci\u00f3 donada als estudiants del departament d’Edificaci\u00f3 i Obra Civil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
