L’Institut Santa Eug\u00e8nia\u00a0<\/strong>ha entrat en un projecte de la\u00a0Comissi\u00f3 Europea<\/strong>\u00a0que t\u00e9 l’objectiu de\u00a0professionalitzar docents mentors<\/strong>\u00a0perqu\u00e8 acompanyi al\u00a0professorat novell\u00a0<\/strong>i els ajudi a millorar les seves compet\u00e8ncies docents. <\/span><\/p>\n

En aquest projecte pilot, que rep el nom de\u00a0<\/span>NEST\u00a0<\/strong>(Novice Teacher Support and Training),\u00a0participen\u00a0<\/span>dues professores mentores<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<\/span>sis professors novells<\/strong> de l’Institut.<\/span><\/p>\n

La formaci\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 lloc durant el\u00a0<\/span>curs 2021-2022\u00a0<\/strong>i l\u2019acompanyament al\u00a0<\/span>professorat novell<\/strong>\u00a0s\u2019estendr\u00e0 fins el\u00a0<\/span>2023<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aquest \u00e9s un projecte d\u2019<\/span>innovaci\u00f3 de pol\u00edtiques\u00a0europees Erasmus+<\/strong>, avalat pel\u00a0<\/span>Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 la Generalitat de Catalunya<\/strong>\u00a0i en paral\u00b7lel amb els pa\u00efsos mentors \u00c0ustria, B\u00e8lgica, Bulg\u00e0ria i Romania.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
