Homologaci\u00f3 de prove\u00efdors habituals<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019aplicar\u00e0 aquesta homologaci\u00f3 als prove\u00efdors de l\u2019Institut que hagin lliurat productes o prestat servei de forma satisfact\u00f2ria per un import superior als 3.000 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>6.2. Homologaci\u00f3 de nous prove\u00efdors<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tots els prove\u00efdors nous, dels quals la facturaci\u00f3 anual previsible sigui superior a 3.000 \u20ac, hauran de ser objecte del procediment d\u2019homologaci\u00f3.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els criteris que es tindran en compte en l\u2019homologaci\u00f3 seran els seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preus i condicions econ\u00f2miques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitat compra (Proximitat f\u00edsica o accessibilitat telef\u00f2nica, e-mail, fax)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3 al client (inclou servei postvenda)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualitat productes o serveis<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cadascun d\u2019aquests aspectes es puntuar\u00e0 sobre 10 i la puntuaci\u00f3 total m\u00ednima per obtenir l\u2019homologaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de 20 punts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per poder homologar un nou prove\u00efdor ser\u00e0 necessari fer una primera comanda o servei de prova i que resulti satisfactori\/a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per cadascun dels prove\u00efdors considerats, el secretari, complimentar\u00e0 l\u2019informe d\u2019homologaci\u00f3 de prove\u00efdors tot assignant una puntuaci\u00f3 els diferents criteris, detallar\u00e0 si el prove\u00efdor est\u00e0 certificat per algun organisme o empresa independent i far\u00e0 constar si la comanda de prova ha estat satisfact\u00f2ria. En el mateix informe, l\u2019administrador emetr\u00e0 un dictamen sobre l\u2019homologaci\u00f3 o no del prove\u00efdor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els prove\u00efdors homologats seran inclosos en el registre de prove\u00efdors homologats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>6.2. Homologaci\u00f3 dels prove\u00efdors habituals en aprovar el procediment<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els prove\u00efdors habituals que no hagin ocasionat problemes de qualitat o servei durant l\u2019\u00faltim any seran considerats prove\u00efdors homologats i s\u2019inclouran a la revisi\u00f3 del registre de prove\u00efdors homologats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els prove\u00efdors clau pel funcionament de l\u2019Institut, inclosos els prove\u00efdors de serveis educatius, habituals, que no hagin ocasionat problemes de qualitat o servei durant l\u2019\u00faltim any seran considerats prove\u00efdors homologats i s\u2019inclouran a la revisi\u00f3 del registre de prove\u00efdors homologats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>6.3. Revocaci\u00f3 del car\u00e0cter d\u2019homologat a un prove\u00efdor<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant el primer trimestre de l\u2019any es revisaran els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 del desenvolupament de tots els prove\u00efdors homologats. Si el resultat \u00e9s inferior als 18 punts el prove\u00efdor perdr\u00e0 la seva condici\u00f3 d&#8217;homologat i aix\u00ed constar\u00e0 al registre de prove\u00efdors homologats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>6.4. Actualitzaci\u00f3 del registre de prove\u00efdors homologats<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anualment es revisar\u00e0 i actualitzar\u00e0 el registre de prove\u00efdors homologats (primer trimestre natural despr\u00e9s del tancament de l\u2019exercici econ\u00f2mic).<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6.1.
