Les tres membres de l\u2019equip impulsor del projecte de centre GEP (Generaci\u00f3 Pluriling\u00fce), que formen part del departament de Lleng\u00fces Estrangeres, \u00c0ngels Forcadell i M\u00f2nica Subirats, i del departament de Socials, Isabel Gonz\u00e1lez, hem participat en la formaci\u00f3 de GEP 2n<\/sup> any des del mes d\u2019octubre 2023 fins el mes de gener 2024.<\/strong> Queda una darrera sessi\u00f3 presencial a l\u2019EOI de Lleida per a exposar tot all\u00f2 que hem fet relacionat amb la implementaci\u00f3 del projecte al centre.<\/p>\n

El GEP consisteix en utilitzar la llengua anglesa<\/strong> en mat\u00e8ries d\u2019altres \u00e0mbits. El curs passat va ser en l\u2019\u00e0mbit social a l\u2019assignatura de Cultura Cl\u00e0ssica de 1r<\/sup> ESO i Llengua i Cultura llatines de 4t<\/sup> ESO. Enguany vam decidir canviar d\u2019\u00e0mbit i ens hem centrat en l\u2019\u00e0mbit cient\u00edfic a la mat\u00e8ria de Biologia de 3r<\/sup> ESO.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La formaci\u00f3 ha consistit en crear un PBL (Project Based Learning<\/em>) on treballarem les infeccions i els antibi\u00f2tics en llengua anglesa amb l’alumnat de 3r<\/sup> d’ESO del centre. Hem hagut de crear 9 sessions on es treballaran les diferents compet\u00e8ncies del curs<\/strong>, al mateix temps que s\u2019hi aplicaran els sabers amb un projecte final com a\u00a0 objectiu de publicaci\u00f3 per a tota la comunitat educativa, incloent-hi fam\u00edlies i habitants dels nostres pobles.<\/p>\n

La formaci\u00f3 d\u2019enguany ha durat 30h<\/strong> repartides en diferents sessions de 2 hores de formaci\u00f3 virtual m\u00e9s les diferents hores de treball personal fora d\u2019aquest temps de formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Un dels objectius d\u2019implementar aquest projecte GEP \u00e9s millorar l\u2019\u00fas de la llegua anglesa i proporcionar eines per a l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019angl\u00e8s fora de l\u2019aula. Esperem que l\u2019aprofitament per part de l\u2019alumnat ser\u00e0 excel\u00b7lent!<\/p>\n

ENGLISH<\/p>\n

The three members of the driving team in the GEP (Multilingual Generation) center project\u00a0 are part of the foreign languages department, \u00c0ngels Forcadell and M\u00f2nica Subirats, and the social department, Isabel Gonz\u00e1lez. We have participated in the 2nd year GEP training\u00a0 from the month of October 2023 until the month of January 2024. There is one last face-to-face session at the EOI in Lleida to provide evidences we have created to implement the project in the center.<\/p>\n

The GEP\u00a0 project consists of using the English language in subjects from other fields, last year it was in the social field in the subject of Classical Culture in 1st ESO and Latin Language and Culture in 4th ESO. This year we decided to change the field and have focused on the scientific field in the 3rd ESO subject of Biology.<\/p>\n

The training consisted of creating a PBL (Project Based Learning) where we will work on infections and antibiotics in English with the center’s 3rd ESO students. We had to create 9 sessions where the different skills of the course will be worked on, at the same time that the knowledge will be applied with a final project as the objective of publication for the entire educational community, including families and inhabitants of our towns .<\/p>\n

This year’s training lasted 30 hours divided into different sessions of 2 hours of virtual training plus the different hours of personal work outside of this training time.<\/p>\n

One of the objectives of implementing this GEP project is to improve the use of the English language and provide tools for the application of English outside the classroom. We expect the use by the students will be excellent!<\/p>\n
