{"id":3935,"date":"2020-05-01T23:03:54","date_gmt":"2020-05-01T21:03:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesridaura\/?page_id=3935"},"modified":"2023-09-20T18:36:30","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T16:36:30","slug":"opt4-economia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesridaura\/opt4-economia\/","title":{"rendered":"Economia B\u00e0sica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><strong>Descripci\u00f3 i Objectius<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La mat\u00e8ria d\u2019Economia B\u00e0sica est\u00e0 plantejada com a mat\u00e8ria d\u2019opci\u00f3 a quart curs de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria, i vol garantir, des de l\u2019ensenyament obligatori, l\u2019objectiu d\u2019acompanyar l\u2019alumnat perqu\u00e8 adquireixi una <strong>formaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica social i sostenible b\u00e0sica<\/strong> (global, de g\u00e8nere, domestica\/familiar, etc.) que contribueixi a fer que els i les alumnes esdevinguin ciutadans i ciutadanes responsables, reflexius i cr\u00edtics.<\/p>\n<p>Ha de permetre a l\u2019alumnat donar respostes coherents als principals temes de debat econ\u00f2mic i fer-ho aportant una reflexi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica sobre les causes i les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies dels problemes econ\u00f2mics. Aix\u00f2 requereix explorar l\u2019entorn, analitzant des d\u2019una perspectiva econ\u00f2mica els diferents \u00e0mbits \u2014social, cultural, art\u00edstic i empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>La cultura econ\u00f2mica implica recon\u00e8ixer l\u2019individu en el seu paper com a consumidor, productor, treballador, inversor o estalviador, i ciutad\u00e0 responsable en una societat democr\u00e0tica, ja que moltes d\u2019aquestes q\u00fcestions s\u00f3n de gran transcend\u00e8ncia per a la seva vida personal i familiar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s objecte d\u2019aquesta mat\u00e8ria la recerca de la informaci\u00f3, les possibles fonts i els diversos suports, aix\u00ed com la transformaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta informaci\u00f3 en <strong>coneixement<\/strong>, per poder interpretar informacions i opinar de manera argumentada sobre q\u00fcestions de l\u2019actualitat econ\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 incideix en el desenvolupament d\u2019<strong>habilitats de gesti\u00f3, planificaci\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Tenint en compte una s\u00e8rie de condicions, permet prendre decisions, en un entorn concret, i ser prou flexible per adaptar-les quan sigui necessari; contribueix a potenciar les habilitats de comunicaci\u00f3 per explicar i transferir les solucions a contextos reals i fomentar el treball solidari i col\u00b7laboratiu.<\/p>\n<p>En la mat\u00e8ria Economia B\u00e0sica es treballen un total de 5 <strong>compet\u00e8ncies espec\u00edfiques<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C1. Recon\u00e8ixer els rols individuals i col\u00b7lectius de les persones dintre del sistema econ\u00f2mic i constituir din\u00e0miques de participaci\u00f3 ciutadana, prenent consci\u00e8ncia de la interdepend\u00e8ncia dels factors econ\u00f2mics, per valorar les desigualtats en l\u2019acc\u00e9s als recursos i la distribuci\u00f3 de la riquesa.<\/li>\n<li>C2. Integrar i promoure pr\u00e0ctiques econ\u00f2miques basades en valors humans, solidaris i sostenibles, amb consci\u00e8ncia ciutadana, per contribuir a una societat m\u00e9s equitativa, justa i sostenible en un m\u00f3n global i divers.<\/li>\n<li>C3. Analitzar i contrastar informaci\u00f3 de diferents fonts i suports, a trav\u00e9s de m\u00e8todes de recerca, amb rigor i sentit cr\u00edtic, per suggerir mesures econ\u00f2miques que millorin l\u2019entorn social i el medi ambient.<\/li>\n<li>C4. Recon\u00e8ixer el funcionament b\u00e0sic del sistema financer i els instruments de pol\u00edtica fiscal del sector p\u00fablic, coneixent les fonts financeres i aplicant la tria d\u2019aquestes per prendre decisions sobre estalvi i inversi\u00f3, i per regular l\u2019activitat econ\u00f2mica amb criteris \u00e8tics i de sostenibilitat.<\/li>\n<li>C5. Dissenyar un pla financer personal i\/o familiar, aplicant estrat\u00e8gies de planificaci\u00f3 i presa de decisions, avaluant-ne la coher\u00e8ncia i consist\u00e8ncia al llarg del temps, per donar resposta a les necessitats vitals presents i futures, i millorar la qualitat de vida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><strong>Continguts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. L\u2019economia m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels diners<\/strong><br \/>\nEl primer bloc de sabers es relaciona amb l\u2019escassetat de recursos com a problema b\u00e0sic de l\u2019economia, argumentant i debatent sobre les desigualtats i els principis d\u2019interacci\u00f3 social en l\u2019economia, reconeixent els valors de les economies plurals o economia cr\u00edtica a la societat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. \u00c8tica i responsabilitat en economia<\/strong><br \/>\nEl segon tracta del comprom\u00eds i sentit \u00e8tic en la presa de decisions, com a consumidors responsables, per contribuir al desenvolupament sostenible en un m\u00f3n global, incloent el comer\u00e7 just i incorporant els objectius de desenvolupament sostenible (ODS) al desenvolupament local i global.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C. Finances per la vida<\/strong><br \/>\nEl tercer bloc es vincula a les finances per la vida, el coneixement del funcionament del sistema financer i les entitats financeres. A partir de la projecci\u00f3 de necessitats financeres i objectius vitals, s\u2019haur\u00e0 de portar a terme la planificaci\u00f3 financera per dissenyar un pla financer personal i\/o familiar sobre la base de la presa de decisions informades, apropiades i ajustades al perfil de risc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D. Finances p\u00fabliques<\/strong><br \/>\nEl quart bloc fa refer\u00e8ncia a les finances p\u00fabliques, el paper del sistema impositiu en l\u2019erradicaci\u00f3 de la pobresa i la reducci\u00f3 de les desigualtats, i afectacions dels impostos en la presa de decisions financeres<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><strong>Metodologia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La mat\u00e8ria d\u2019Economia B\u00e0sica de 4t ESO ofereix un ampli ventall de metodologies actives i estrat\u00e8gies que, permeten a l\u2019alumnat assolir les compet\u00e8ncies, a partir del treball amb
