{"id":3188,"date":"2020-01-14T20:48:36","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T19:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesridaura\/?page_id=3188"},"modified":"2025-09-03T13:33:26","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T11:33:26","slug":"diversitat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesridaura\/diversitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Diversitat i inclusi\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa a l&#8217;alumnat compr\u00e8n el conjunt de mesures i suports destinats a tots els alumnes, amb la finalitat d&#8217;afavorir el seu desenvolupament personal i social i perqu\u00e8 avancin en l&#8217;assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies de cada etapa educativa i la transici\u00f3 a la vida adulta, en el marc d&#8217;un sistema educatiu inclusiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Institut Ridaura disposa de les seg\u00fcents mesures d\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/diversitat-i-inclusio\/\">atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat<\/a>&nbsp;i de <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/diversitat-i-inclusio\/atencio-educativa-als-alumnes\/nese\/\">necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><strong>Mesures i suports universals<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curs 2011-12 es va iniciar un pla d\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia a tota la zona educativa de la Vall d\u2019Aro que inclou totes les escoles de prim\u00e0ria i l\u2019institut Ridaura amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019oferir una s\u00e8rie d\u2019actuacions a diferents nivells per tal d\u2019atendre tots els alumnes, potenciant que cadasc\u00fa aprofiti al m\u00e0xim les seves capacitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><strong>Mesures i suports addicionals<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AI (Atencions Individualitzades)<\/strong><br>L\u2019institut Ridaura t\u00e9 tres orientadores educatives, per a primer i segon cicle d\u2019ESO i tamb\u00e9 per a Batxillerat. Sota demanda dels tutors, la fam\u00edlia o el propi alumne, s\u2019atenen de manera individualitzada i puntual situacions de caire emocional, acad\u00e8mic&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PIM (Pla Intensiu de Millora)<\/strong><br>El programa permet prioritzar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat de l\u2019alumnat que accedeix al primer i segon curs de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria sense haver assolit completament les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria, en especial pel que fa a la compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa en llengua catalana i castellana, i a la compet\u00e8ncia matem\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aula d&#8217;Acollida<\/strong><br>L&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/alumnat-origen-estranger\/alumnatnou\/acollida\/\">Aula d&#8217;Acollida<\/a> \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode educatiu per a donar resposta a l\u2019alumnat nouvingut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programa de diversificaci\u00f3 curricular<\/strong><br>El <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/diversitat-i-inclusio\/mesures-i-suports\/addicionals\/programes-de-diversificacio-curricular\/\">Programa de Diversificaci\u00f3 Curricular<\/a> s\u2019adre\u00e7a als alumnes de segon cicle d\u2019ESO i t\u00e9 com a finalitat afavorir que l\u2019alumnat que ho requereixi pugui assolir els objectius i les compet\u00e8ncies clau de l\u2019etapa, mitjan\u00e7ant una metodologia de treball pr\u00e0ctic i funcional i una organitzaci\u00f3 dels continguts i les activitats d\u2019aprenentatge globalitzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019Institut Ridaura hi ha dos tipus de PDC: el de Modalitat A (Aula Oberta) i el de Modalitat B (Projecte Singular).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aula Oberta<\/strong><br>Es duu a terme al centre en un 100% de l\u2019horari lectiu.<br>L\u2019Aula Oberta est\u00e0 formada per alumnes que han estat subjectes a d\u2019altres mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat amb anterioritat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projecte Singular: <em>Projecte Ridaura<\/em><\/strong><br>Est\u00e0 gestionat pel nostre centre per\u00f2 els alumnes comparteixen l\u2019escolaritat ordin\u00e0ria amb la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica (40% de l\u2019horari lectiu) subjectes a una avaluaci\u00f3 fora del centre, mitjan\u00e7ant el conveni que tenim amb els Ajuntaments de Castell-Platja d&#8217;Aro i Santa Cristina d&#8217;Aro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><strong>Mesures i suports intensius<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SIEI (<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/diversitat-i-inclusio\/mesures-i-suports\/intensius\/siei\/\">Suport Intensiu d&#8217;Escolaritzaci\u00f3 Inclusiva<\/a>)<\/strong><br>S\u2019adre\u00e7a als alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials derivades de limitacions molt significatives, tant en el funcionament intel\u00b7lectual com en la conducta adaptativa, els quals requereixen al llarg de tota l\u2019escolaritat mesures i suports intensius per poder relacionar-se, participar i aprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AIS (<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/diversitat-i-inclusio\/mesures-i-suports\/intensius\/ais\/\">Aula Integral de Suport<\/a>)<\/strong><br>S&#8217;adre\u00e7a a alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials associades a trastorns mentals greus que necessiten suport integral i intensiu de forma temporal per poder assolir l&#8217;equilibri i el benestar personal suficient pel retorn als contextos escolars ordinaris.<br>El pla de suport individualitzat de l\u2019alumne inclou les actuacions educatives, les terap\u00e8utiques i els indicadors d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, que s\u00f3n revisats de manera sistem\u00e0tica pels professionals de l\u2019equip de l\u2019aula integral de suport, amb la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne i la seva fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes mesures i suports, l\u2019Institut Ridaura disposa d\u2019una coordinaci\u00f3 setmanal amb les educadores socials municipals de Castell-Platja d&#8217;Aro i de Santa Cristina d&#8217;Aro.<br>Tamb\u00e9 quinzenalment i sota el Programa <em>\u201cSalut i escola\u201d<\/em>, els alumnes poden ser atesos de manera preventiva per la infermera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><strong>Professorat, T\u00e8cnics i Professionals d&#8217;\u00e0rea, curs
