al projecte de Qualitat i millora conti\u0301nua (PQiMC), amb la voluntat d\u2019implementar un sistema de gestio\u0301 basat en la norma de sistemes de gestio\u0301 de la qualitat ISO 9001.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest comprom\u00eds amb la qualitat i la millora queda reflectit en el projecte educatiu del centre i \u00e9s responsabilitat de tot el personal (professorat, PAS i altres professionals).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019equip directiu gestiona, organitza el centre i facilita els mitjans per assolir els objectius seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respondre a les necessitats educatives, formatives i personals de tot l\u2019alumnat<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aconseguir la satisfacci\u00f3 de tots els treballadors i treballadores del centre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Satisfer les expectatives de l\u2019alumnat i les fam\u00edlies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assolir els objectius que la societat li assigna com a instituci\u00f3 educativa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complir la normativa el centre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El punt 8.3 de la norma que fa refer\u00e8ncia al disseny i desenvolupament dels productes i serveis
