Es tracta d\u2019un centre de recerca en cuina que investiga productes i processos culinaris; que innova i treballa per millorar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de les persones, amb especial atenci\u00f3 a les restriccions aliment\u00e0ries i altres problemes de salut; que fomenta la millora dels h\u00e0bits alimentaris, i que real\u00e7a el patrimoni alimentari i gastron\u00f2mic dels
