El seu treball tracta sobre els contaminants alimentaris, centrat en l&#8217;acrilamida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb ella hem apr\u00e8s que els contaminants alimentaris poden tenir or\u00edgens diversos i causar diferents malalties m\u00e9s o menys greus. Tamb\u00e9 hem apr\u00e8s que l&#8217;acrilamida \u00e9s un t\u00f2xic alimentari m\u00e9s present del que pens\u00e0vem. Aix\u00f2 ho hem pogut veure fent una pr\u00e0ctica de laboratori.
