Ambdues modalitats tenen reconeixement acad\u00e8mic. La Dual Intensiva, a m\u00e9s, incorpora reconeixement laboral i compensaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica.<\/div>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;FP Dual?<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;FP Dual \u00e9s una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre una organitzaci\u00f3 empresarial i un centre educatiu en la qual l&#8217;alumnat esdev\u00e9 aprenent\/a i combina la formaci\u00f3 al centre educatiu amb l&#8217;activitat formativa a l&#8217;empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 permet desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies professionals en entorns reals de treball, complementant els aprenentatges adquirits durant els estudis.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectius de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional Dual<\/h3>\n<p>La Formaci\u00f3 Professional Dual t\u00e9 com a finalitat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establir un proc\u00e9s simultani, integrat i coordinat entre el centre educatiu i l&#8217;empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar que l&#8217;alumnat combini la formaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica amb l&#8217;activitat professional.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de les empreses en la formaci\u00f3 i valoraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Millorar la qualificaci\u00f3 professional i les oportunitats laborals dels joves.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir la incorporaci\u00f3 al mercat laboral mitjan\u00e7ant una experi\u00e8ncia professional real.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar el desenvolupament personal i professional de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Beneficis per a les empreses<\/h3>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3 en programes de Formaci\u00f3 Professional Dual permet a les organitzacions empresarials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incorporar personal qualificat i format en els seus processos de treball.<\/li>\n<li>Crear una borsa de futurs professionals per facilitar el relleu generacional.<\/li>\n<li>Participar activament en la formaci\u00f3 dels futurs treballadors i treballadores del sector.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuir a les seves pol\u00edtiques de responsabilitat social corporativa.<\/li>\n<li>Enfortir la relaci\u00f3 amb els centres educatius del territori.<\/li>\n<li>Optar a certificacions de qualitat vinculades a la participaci\u00f3 en programes de Dual Intensiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Beneficis per a l&#8217;alumnat<\/h3>\n<p>Participar en l&#8217;FP Dual permet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Millorar el curr\u00edculum professional.<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies professionals en un entorn laboral real.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir experi\u00e8ncia professional relacionada amb els estudis cursats.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar la incorporaci\u00f3 al mercat laboral.<\/li>\n<li>Recon\u00e8ixer el valor aportat a l&#8217;activitat de l&#8217;empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir experi\u00e8ncia acad\u00e8mica i laboral durant el per\u00edode formatiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #d4edda; padding: 12px; border-left: 5px solid #28a745; margin: 15px 0;\"><strong>Avantatge:<\/strong> L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia adquirida durant l&#8217;estada a l&#8217;empresa \u00e9s altament valorada per les empreses i contribueix a millorar les oportunitats d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 laboral.<\/div>\n<h3>Beneficis per al centre educatiu<\/h3>\n<p>La Formaci\u00f3 Professional Dual permet als centres educatius:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Millorar la relaci\u00f3 amb el teixit empresarial del territori.<\/li>\n<li>Intercanviar coneixement amb empreses i professionals del sector.<\/li>\n<li>Accedir a noves tecnologies, recursos i instal\u00b7lacions.<\/li>\n<li>Esdevenir un centre de refer\u00e8ncia dins del seu \u00e0mbit professional.<\/li>\n<li>Millorar el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;ensenyament-aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>Incrementar la satisfacci\u00f3 i la motivaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Modalitats de Formaci\u00f3 Professional Dual<\/h3>\n<h4>Dual General<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Durada aproximada de 515 hores d&#8217;estada a l&#8217;empresa.<\/li>\n<li>No remunerada.<\/li>\n<li>Reconeguda acad\u00e8micament.<\/li>\n<li>Alta de l&#8217;alumnat segons el r\u00e8gim establert a la disposici\u00f3 addicional 52 de la Llei General de la Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<li>Els centres p\u00fablics del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional poden assumir el cost corresponent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dual Intensiva<\/h4>\n<p>La Dual Intensiva incorpora una vinculaci\u00f3 laboral o assimilada amb l&#8217;empresa i una compensaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<h5>Opci\u00f3 1: Contracte formatiu<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Contracte formatiu regulat per la normativa laboral vigent.<\/li>\n<li>Retribuci\u00f3 segons el conveni col\u00b7lectiu aplicable.<\/li>\n<li>Durada m\u00ednima de 2 mesos i m\u00e0xima de 2 anys.<\/li>\n<li>Alta com a treballador\/a a la Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<li>Bonificacions aplicables segons la normativa vigent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Opci\u00f3 2: Beca<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Durada habitual de 1000 hores (entre 800 i 1200 hores).<\/li>\n<li>Compensaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica pactada entre el centre educatiu i l&#8217;empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Import m\u00ednim equivalent al Salari M\u00ednim Interprofessional vigent.<\/li>\n<li>Alta a la Seguretat Social com a persona assimilada a treballador\/a.<\/li>\n<li>Bonificacions aplicables segons la normativa vigent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #fff3cd;
