En aquestes visites, anomenades <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">job-shadowing, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">els docents van assistir a diferents centres educatius, on van compartir experi\u00e8ncies, metodologies i punts de vista amb altre professorat, a m\u00e9s d\u2019assistir a algunes classes on van observar la realitat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in situ.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els educadors van visitar: l\u2019escola t\u00e8cnica Giorgio Perlasca, especialitzats en formaci\u00f3 professional d\u2019hostaleria i turisme; l\u2019institut DIANA, un centre de secund\u00e0ria enfocat a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica; i l\u2019institut V\u00f6r\u00f6smarty Mih\u00e1ly, que ofereix tots els batxillerats existents. En cadascun d\u2019aquests centres, els nostres professors es van convertir en l\u2019ombra dels professors locals i aprendre sobre el sistema educatiu hongar\u00e8s. Aix\u00ed van descobrir que totes les classes eren de 45 minuts, l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de l\u2019any 0 on els alumnes que ho desitgin poden aprofundir en l\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019angl\u00e8s abans d\u2019accedir a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria, i van comprovar com el seu nivell d\u2019angl\u00e8s era superior al dels alumnes del nostre sistema educatiu, en general.
