El Cosmin i el Jan, tots dos alumnes del 3A1 i joves reporters de L’Estirabot, la revista anual de l’institut, han visitat les instal\u00b7lacions que el CFGM de Forneria, pastisseria i confiteria ocupa a l’hotel Olympic per parlar amb els alumnes que cursen aquest cicle. Volien saber qu\u00e8 fan i per qu\u00e8 estan estudiant aquest cicle.<\/p>\n

Un dels aspectes que m\u00e9s els han sorpr\u00e8s \u00e9s que els seus companys pastissers no es mengen les postres que preparen sin\u00f3 que les serveixen a l’aula d’aplicaci\u00f3. I el seu professor, Mari\u00e0 Casas, que t\u00e9 una pastisseria i que, a m\u00e9s, es dedica a ensenyar, els ha explicat quins materials utilitzen i els ha fet una petita visita guiada per la cuina.<\/p>\n

L’objectiu de la visita era agafar notes i fer fotos per redactar un article per la revista del centre. Ells han fet, avui, de periodistes.<\/p>\n
