Els men\u00fas d&#8217;aquestes jornades es reparteixen entre l&#8217;esperit culinari de la tradici\u00f3 lloretenca i el desig d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 dels nostres restauradors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els nostres alumnes i professors dels\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">CFGM<\/span>\u00a0de cuina i gastronomia, de serveis en restauraci\u00f3 i de pastisseria, forn i confiteria participen d&#8217;aquesta campanya gastron\u00f2mica com a convidats &#8220;especials&#8221;. Us convidem a gaudir dels men\u00fas elaborats i servits per ells.
