{"id":16838,"date":"2024-05-29T11:32:11","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T09:32:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/?p=16838"},"modified":"2024-05-29T12:09:55","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T10:09:55","slug":"raul-lopera-tercer-al-futurochef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/general\/raul-lopera-tercer-al-futurochef\/","title":{"rendered":"Ra\u00fal Lopera, tercer al FuturoChef"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2024\/05\/raullopera2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-16841\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2024\/05\/raullopera2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"348\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2024\/05\/raullopera2.jpg 348w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2024\/05\/raullopera2-300x287.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 348px) 100vw, 348px\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.takeachef.com\/chef\/raul-lopera-perez\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Ra\u00fal<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Lopera<\/span><\/span>, graduat l&#8217;any 2019 al <a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/estudis\/cicles-formatius\/cfgm-de-cuina-i-gastronomia\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">CFGM de Cuina i Gastronomia<\/span><\/a> que impartim a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hostaleria del Coll i Rod\u00e9s, ha quedat tercer al concurs de joves promeses de la cuina\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.futuroliva.com\/seis-jovenes-cocineros-protagonizaran-la-final-de-futurochef-2024-el-proximo-el-25-de-mayo-dentro-de-la-decimotercera-edicion-de-futuroliva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"color: #3366ff;\">FuturoChef<\/span><\/a>, que s&#8217;ha celebrat en el marc de la XIII edici\u00f3 de la fira\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Futuroliva<\/span>\u00a02024, a\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Baeza<\/span>, Ja\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La proposta del\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Ra\u00fal<\/span> buscava conjuminar tradici\u00f3 i innovaci\u00f3 i retre homenatge tant a la cuina andalusa com a la catalana a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un plat de <em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">migas<\/span><\/em>\u00a0amb emulsi\u00f3 d&#8217;olives verdes i l&#8217;<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">AOVE<\/span>\u00a0pr\u00e8mium\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Olibaeza<\/span>, i una crema de bolets amb un <em>coulant<\/em>\u00a0de bolets <em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">mixtemal\u00b7litzat<\/span><\/em>, que, escalfat, permet obtenir una esferificaci\u00f3 calenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;edici\u00f3 d&#8217;enguany d&#8217;aquest gran concurs gastron\u00f2mic ha comptat amb deu aspirants procedents de diferents pa\u00efsos com Taiwan, Hondures o Abu Dhabi, que actualment, viuen i treballen al nostre pa\u00eds. Els joves, d&#8217;entre 18 i 30 anys, tenien un requisit principal per a participar en el certamen: crear un plat original, d&#8217;estil lliure i amb llibertat d&#8217;ingredients, per\u00f2 sempre amb l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra com un dels elements imprescindibles de la recepta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concurs de cuina jove amb\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">AOVE<\/span>\u00a0est\u00e0 molt consolidat i ha aconseguit un gran nivell al llarg de les tres edicions anteriors, tant per la qualitat dels plats presentats com pel nivell professional demostrat pels seus participants. De fet, el xef amb Estrella\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Michel\u00edn<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Juan<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Aceituno<\/span>, es va coronar com a guanyador en l&#8217;edici\u00f3 de 2016, i\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Ra\u00fal<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Lopera<\/span>, que l&#8217;any de la seva graduaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hostaleria del Coll i Rod\u00e9s ja <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/general\/v-premis-climent-guitart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">va rebre el premi Climent\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Guitart<\/span>\u00a0a la Formaci\u00f3<\/span><\/a>, tot i la seva joventut, ja acumula una bona experi\u00e8ncia professional despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver passat per restaurants de renom.
