Durant la setmana passada, alumnat i professorat de segon curs de CFGM de Cuina i Gastronomia han estat escatant el corball i desespinant i filetejant el salm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Les ganes i l&#8217;entusiasme s\u00f3n primordials per obtenir un bon resultat!
