{"id":15607,"date":"2023-12-09T01:23:32","date_gmt":"2023-12-09T00:23:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/?p=15607"},"modified":"2023-12-09T12:33:56","modified_gmt":"2023-12-09T11:33:56","slug":"el-tronc-de-sant-silvestre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/general\/el-tronc-de-sant-silvestre\/","title":{"rendered":"El tronc de Sant Silvestre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les postres del men\u00fa de Nadal que elabora i serveix el nostre alumnat de cicles formatius al restaurant de l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hostaleria de Lloret de Mar estan basades en un tronc de Sant Silvestre, una mena de bra\u00e7 de gitano, crem\u00f3s i amb xocolata.<\/p>\n<p>El tronc de Sant Silvestre \u00e9s una proposta nadalenca origin\u00e0ria de Fran\u00e7a, pa\u00eds on \u00e9s molt conegut amb el nom de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">b\u00fbche<\/span>\u00a0de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">No\u00ebl<\/span>. La recepta data de finals del segle XIX, quan va ser creada per rememorar una antiga tradici\u00f3 segons la qual, a partir d&#8217;un tribut que hi havia al segle XII consistent en l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de portar un ti\u00f3 a la casa del senyor feudal, la gent va comen\u00e7ar a fer la crema del seu propi ti\u00f3, pr\u00e8viament decorat.<\/p>\n<p>Recordem que, a Catalunya, la tradici\u00f3 nadalenca del ti\u00f3 consistia a agafar un dels troncs del costat de la llar de foc per a fer-lo cagar i, despr\u00e9s, cremar-lo, en la creen\u00e7a que les seves cendres tenien propietats m\u00e0giques per a la llar.
