Us fem una proposta de cl\u00e0ssics, on la m\u00e0gia, els sabors i els olors de les festes s\u00f3n molt presents. La creativitat del professorat i l&#8217;alumnat del CFGM de Cuina i Gastronomia i del CFGM de Forneria, Pastisseria i Confiteria ofereix un men\u00fa en qu\u00e8 es combinen i s&#8217;integren ingredients frescos i de qualitat. D&#8217;altra banda, el servei i atenci\u00f3 al client de l&#8217;alumnat i professorat del CFGM de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 us captivar\u00e0, ja que tenen en compte tots els detalls perqu\u00e8 la vostra experi\u00e8ncia al restaurant sigui \u00fanica i memorable. Realment, l&#8217;entrada dels plats a sala enamora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a obertura, oferim uns aperitius ben diferents, una interpretaci\u00f3 avantguardista que anomenem &#8220;<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Vermutillo<\/span>&#8220;, a on la base cruixent de pa de coca sost\u00e9 una maionesa suau d&#8217;escopinyes amb musclo escabetxat i coronat amb gelatina de vermut. El segon aperitiu \u00e9s el canel\u00f3 de peix i marisc, tota una explosi\u00f3 de sabors marins envoltats d&#8217;una capa fina de pasta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comencem els entrants amb una terrina de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGreenError\">foie<\/span>\u00a0amb poma c\u00edtrica, mango i pa de panses: un bon preludi d&#8217;all\u00f2 que ha de venir. Seguim la nostra experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica amb l&#8217;aroma inconfusible de l&#8217;escudella, un plat que ens trasllada a la infantesa. Ve acompanyada de la tradicional pilota i dels galets de Nadal i, per arrodonir-ho, una brunesa d&#8217;hortalisses i el brou de Nadal. L&#8217;exclusiva presentaci\u00f3 art\u00edstica que li donem \u00e9s tot un regal per a la vista i el paladar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De peix, tenim el suquet de rap i llagostins, amb un sabor intens que ens transporta al mar Mediterrani i que ocupa el centre d&#8217;aquesta experi\u00e8ncia culin\u00e0ria. Una oda a la cuina tradicional que destaca per la qualitat dels seus ingredients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plat principal ens transporta a una experi\u00e8ncia sublim:\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">balotina<\/span>\u00a0de pollastre\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\" style=\"padding-bottom: 2px; background-image: url('..\/..\/..\/..\/..\/images\/squiggle.png'); background-repeat: repeat-x; background-position: left bottom; cursor: default; color: #000000; font-family: 'Open Sans', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\">farcida<\/span>\u00a0de botifarra, poma, prunes, orellanes i un toc d&#8217;ib\u00e8ric.
