Primerament, han apr\u00e8s a analitzar el pH de diferents tipus d&#8217;aig\u00fces i de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques. Posteriorment, han reflexionat com aquest pH pot afectar el nostre organisme i com interfereix per conservar un aliment.
