Aquest pastisset es coneix tamb\u00e9 com a <em>brownie<\/em> de xocolata o <em>brownie<\/em> de Boston i actualment compta amb una immensa varietat de receptes que varien en proporcions i en incorporaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ingredients. Com a an\u00e8cdota us recordem que el <em>brownie<\/em> va ser fruit d\u2019un error, un accident culinari d\u2019un cuiner americ\u00e0 que va oblidar posar llevat al pa de pessic de xocolata que estava elaborant.
