Tres d&#8217;ells s&#8217;inclouen en el men\u00fa que se serveix a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hostaleria de Lloret aquesta setmana: la crema de carabassa amb llagostins, el mel\u00f3s de xai i els rogers amb pur\u00e9 de suquet. Uns altres tres s\u00f3n al marge del men\u00fa: l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia farcida, l&#8217;halibut amb verdures i la mousse de llimona.
