El seg\u00fcent aperitiu s\u00f3n unes <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">gyozes<\/span>\u00a0farcides de carn de porc pr\u00e8viament adobat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Encetem els entrants amb un t\u00e0rtar de tonyina vermella acompanyat de la seva caracter\u00edstica guarnici\u00f3. Continuem amb unes gambes a l&#8217;all cremat, a les que s&#8217;afegeix un toc de conyac al final de la cocci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Passem als plats principals amb un salm\u00f3 cuit amb llimona i mel i acompanyat amb dos tipus d&#8217;arrossos, normal i salvatge, que es couen amb un caldo de verdures que donaran el color verd final a l&#8217;arr\u00f2s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s del peix, passem a la carn amb el filet <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Stroganoff<\/span>.
